What delicious Chinese food comes to mind when you listen to this piece? Sichuan, Shandong, Cantonese, or Northeastern cuisine? This piece is an extended version of “Delicious Chinese Cuisine” from my album Divine Land of China, serving as the theme song for a special event called "Taste Asia" presented by New Tang Dynasty Television & The Epoch Times, featuring Live Asian Chefs' Battle at Time Square in New York on 25th, 26th June 2014, as well as other Asian cuisine events.
Through a variety of cooking techniques, the chefs presented us complete dishes that were like pieces of art that tell the stories and inspirations behind them. This piece tells the ancient and modern stories of Chinese Cuisine. Enjoy!
